Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Must possess all documents required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and ensure a friendly, family environment.
