Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will assist with daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team and to work closely with the District Manager and other team members to maintain standards.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with at least 1 year of assistant manager experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documentation by state and federal law.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
