Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment. The role supports the General Manager and collaborates with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures.

We value a self-motivated, dynamic team player who can lead in a fast-paced setting while ensuring guests receive exceptional service and the restaurant runs

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and all documents required by state/federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
