Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered in a clean, inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team and support the District Manager and others to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Training and development will be provided to help you achieve your management goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent—must have all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
