Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment. You will work with the District Manager to maintain standards while developing your management skills.

We seek a self-motivated team player who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities including staffing, coaching, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent with required documents per state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee restaurant operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; maintain team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
