Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service and high-quality food in a clean, inviting environment. The role partners with the District Manager to uphold standards and procedures.

We seek a self-motivated team player who can lead, train, and develop staff while maintaining an outstanding guest experience and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of assistant manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant’s daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
