Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide a dedicated team in Rock Hill, SC, delivering a positive guest experience while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

In this role you will lead by example, coach staff, manage cash and inventory controls, and work with the General Manager to achieve goals in service, operations and financial results. A reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Direct and motivate restaurant team to deliver guest experience.
• Develop and coach staff to meet performance standards.
• Monitor financial performance including costs and profits.
• Oversee daily operations and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• 2. Hire, train & coach the team
• 3. Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• 4. Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• 5. Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results

As the Restaurant Assistant Manager you will work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in areas such as, Operations, Profit and Loss, Guest Satisfaction, Customer Service, Speed of Service, Quality Control, Workplace Safety, Utilizing all systems and tools, including the Systems Board, RTI Task Lists, Following all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
