Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shifts.
• Team Management: supervise and train crew and shift leads; schedule staffing and conduct evaluations.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure high hospitality standards and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Financial Management: monitor sales and expenses; analyze reports to drive profitability.
• Inventory & Compliance: manage stock, storage, and food safety compliance; audits as needed.
• Communication: coordinate with GM, staff, and HQ on updates and performance metrics.
