TACO BELL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Neptune, NJ to support the general manager in day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a frontline team. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise shifts, mentor team members, manage inventory and finances, and ensure adherence to brand standards while promoting a collaborative, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and equipment to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Supervise and coach crew members and shift managers; assist in scheduling staffing.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and labor reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage to maintain product quality and freshness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Communicate operational updates with staff and collaborate with corporate for consistency.
