Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager with daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality, address inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, sales reporting, inventory, and labor cost control.
