TACO BELL is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Jersey City, NJ. You will support the restaurant general manager, oversee daily operations, and help ensure high standards of food quality and guest service.

You’ll also contribute to profitability through efficient staffing, inventory control, and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in quick-service dining, strong leadership, and a commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or assistant management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety best practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Lead and develop restaurant crew and shift managers; provide coaching.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in managing finances, including sales, costs, and labor optimization; prepare reports.
• Oversee inventory and supply chain to ensure freshness and minimize shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards; conduct inspections.
