Fourteen Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cape Coral, FL to deliver high-quality customer service and food products in line with company standards. You will support restaurant operations and learn management responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2+ years in a food-service supervisory role, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. English communication and flexible shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant supervisory/management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass background & motor vehicle checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
