• Strong HR and safety compliance knowledge.

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders to uphold quality, service and profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Manage HR issues, including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conduct weekly inventories and control payroll.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are followed.
