Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold excellence across food service operations on your assigned shift. You will supervise team members, train staff, and assist the General Manager in daily operations while maintaining strong hospitality and guest satisfaction.

You will help control labor, payroll, inventory, and compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment with consistent service quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
