You will onboard new team members, lead training, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, speed of service, and operations. The position requires flexibility with shifts and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
