Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking an energetic individual to join Burger King as a Restaurant Team Leader. You will guide a fast‑paced crew, deliver outstanding guest service, and drive daily operations.

Responsibilities include training staff, leading huddles, and coaching for service excellence while balancing financial goals. Must be flexible to work all shifts in a busy, customer‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
