Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. – Burger King franchise in Minnesota – is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver memorable guest experiences, and coach team members toward guest-first service.

You will develop leaders, optimize schedules, ensure quality, safety, and HACCP adherence, and partner with the General Manager to drive performance. Availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Builds shift supervisor capability and prepares them for next level.
• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean and that product quality standards are met.
• Partner with the GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets are met.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls; adjusts as needed.
• Manages onboarding of new team members and scheduling.
