Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. operates Burger King restaurants in the Norridge area. We are hiring a hands‑on supervisor to lead a fast‑paced team, train new staff, coach performance, and ensure service, quality, and cleanliness remain top priorities.

You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to meet guest expectations, manage schedules, and drive cost controls while fostering a positive, high‑energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
