Qualifications

• Ensures product quality and operations standards are delivered
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning; makes adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule; manages onboarding of new team members
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments
