Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wisconsin to oversee restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests. The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant/retail, experience with sales, P&L, recruiting, and training, and a proven

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
