Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Mount Pleasant, SC to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. The RAM leads and coaches Team Members and partners with the management team to uphold brand standards ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, interviews, housekeeping, food safety, training, cash/inventory control, and completing required paperwork, with a strong emphasis on safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
• Manages training and new product introductions for the team
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end of shift paperwork and reports discrepancies
• In RM absence, handles daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork and counts
• Ensures a safe environment and follows government safety codes
