Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, ensuring friendly service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

Under the General Manager, you will support operations, schedule staff, coach the team, and maintain financial controls while upholding standards and promoting a warm, family-friendly atmosphere across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and cost management.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety standards.
