Job summary

Burger King Wheeling is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead daily operations, guest service, and team development at our Wheeling, IL location. You will train staff, uphold quality and safety standards, and help drive sales.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the GM to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC will be met.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs.
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process.
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
