• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to meet state and federal requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and development of staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
