Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food. You will work closely with the District Manager and team to uphold standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes team leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence, with opportunities for training and internal advancement within a dynamic pizza franchise setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept (eg. quick-service or casual dining).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver-s License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documentation per state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
