Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the General Manager and district team to uphold standards, train staff, manage schedules, and support financial controls. This role offers training, growth, and an equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; comply with state and federal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain standards.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and budgeting basics.
• Create and manage staff schedules and staffing levels.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Prepare for health inspections and uphold safety standards.
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
