Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, efficient service in a clean, welcoming setting. You will work with the General Manager and district team, lead a fast-paced crew, schedule staff, and uphold food safety and quality standards while promoting a fun, family environment.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, willingness to rotate shifts including weekends, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent and required legal documents.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
