Job summary

Burger King is hiring for a supervisory position at our Houston location. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach team members, and balance guest experience with financial goals.

You will train new hires, lead quick-service shifts, and ensure quality, speed, and cleanliness of the restaurant. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma, with availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Able to remain motivated, resolve conflicts and make decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory for efficient ordering.
• Implement cost controls and adjust staffing.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Address employee needs through operational assessments.
