Job summary

Burger King Baytown location is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor. You will lead team members, deliver guest experiences and balance quality with financial goals in a high-volume setting.

The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience, a high school diploma, strong guest service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and mentor shift leaders to prepare for the next level.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create schedules and onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
