Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Manager to help run our restaurants day-to-day and support the General Manager in maintaining smooth shift operations.

You will assist with local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives. This role requires at least 6 months of restaurant/retail management experience and a track record of quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis and support smooth shift execution.
• Assist the General Manager with store operations and staff development.
• Support local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while coaching team members through performance and training initiatives.
