Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, deliver friendly service, and ensure great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the District Manager and the team to uphold standards, train staff, plan schedules, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee operations, staff scheduling, and coaching.
• Hire, trains and orientate team members.
• Maintain food handling and safety standards.
• Ensure health inspections and safety compliance.
• Create a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
