Compensation

Annual Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00

Minimum Requirements

• One year of management-related experience
• Open availability (50 hours/week) including opening, mid, and closing shifts

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and developing team members
• Managing successful shifts in both front of house and back of house
• Building the business through Genuine Hospitality
• Supervising expenses related to labor, food, and supplies
• Interacting with guests to ensure a memorable experience
