We are seeking Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people, and we are looking to expand our team. The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a dedicated team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and achieving sales targets. This is accomplished by learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to meet goals, develop staff, and provide outstanding service. RAMs are eligible for bonuses based on operational and financial performance.
