Position Summary

The LifeCafe Assistant Manager assists in managing and overseeing the cafe with the Caf Manager. They are responsible for keeping costs at a minimum, training and developing staff, maintaining cleanliness, and executing recipes according to Life Time standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and control costs related to food, beverage, and labor goals.
2. Drive leadership and performance excellence by training, modeling, developing, motivating, and assessing team members for continuous growth.
3. Respond professionally and efficiently to questions, comments, and concerns.
4. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security standards are emphasized, practiced, and inspected.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of supervisor or management experience in fast casual restaurants
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• College degree in culinary, business, or related field
