Summary
An Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager (RM), Shift Leaders, and Team. They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence. Key responsibilities include overseeing floor operations and Brand Training programs. They provide positive leadership to ensure guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability of a single restaurant. They assist the RM in managing restaurant standards, policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
