Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team. You will train, coach, and recognize staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, step in during GM's absence, and drive performance with a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Experience with hiring and staff development.
• Familiarity with P&L, cash control, inventory and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members to build a diverse, high-performing team.
• Support Profit & Loss management, including cash controls, inventory, and labor scheduling.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards and facility maintenance are upheld.
