Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Highland Village, Texas, to lead shift managers and front-line staff, partnering with the General Manager to maximize performance and guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and achieving top guest-related metrics.

You will oversee servers, bartenders, and service assistants, driving training, safety, and operational excellence to deliver legendary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to keep the restaurant at its best.
