Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, overseeing Shift Managers, servers and service staff.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold food safety and guest satisfaction, and mentor your team to deliver legendary experiences. This on-site leadership role in Houston values guest engagement, training, and continuous improvement.

Flexibility for peak times and weekends is required to keep our fast-paced restaurant at its best.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to keep the restaurant at top performance.
