Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to train and develop team members and lead by example.

• Partner with the General Manager to drive guest engagement and performance metrics.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent service quality.
