Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager, to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement.

You bring 3 years of restaurant management experience, knowledge of labor laws and food handling, and the ability to train and develop your team while managing operations to deliver legendary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
