HMSHost seeks an Assistant General Manager in Jacksonville, FL to support branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. The AGM ensures cleanliness, staffing, and adherence to high operational standards, using policies to guide decisions.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, supervising associates, hiring decisions, and monitoring unit performance. It requires 6+ years in F&B and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory or lead experience in casual dine or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily, and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within units.
• Interviews candidates and participates in hiring decisions.
• Monitors financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
• Ensures health, safety, and AB procedures compliance.
• Assigns shifts and ensures coverage.
