Burger King in Broussard, LA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations, drive profitability, guest service, and people development. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, manage 20–45 hourly staff, and ensure inventory, cash controls, and brand standards are maintained.

A high school diploma or GED is required, 1–2 years of quick-service experience, and strong leadership to coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.

• Lead profitability, guest service, people development, and operations for a single restaurant.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and drive key performance outcomes.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members (20–45 employees).
