CAVA - Lawrenceville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to translate our mission and values into daily restaurant operations. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and financial performance while developing hourly Team Members.

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience managing budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation regulations.
