Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. You will support the General Manager with scheduling, training, and financial oversight while fostering a positive, guest-focused environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication, and a flexible schedule to meet restaurant needs.

Qualifications

1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and feedback.
Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet guest demand.
Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing concerns.
Support with analyzing performance metrics and preparing financial reports.
