Bojangles' in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction. You will partner with the General Manager to grow traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, the ability to work a 50-hour week, and strong leadership, communication, and cash handling skills. Bojangles' offers flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older and able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory and onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
