Bojangles' in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our restaurant teams and deliver Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to develop a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
