Job summary

Bojangles' in Lenoir, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction. You will work with the General Manager to optimize traffic, sales, and profitability while upholding our Southern hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting culture in the store and value the team.
• Communicate effectively with guests (internal and external).
• Lead and onboard new team members; demonstrate Bojangles' cultural principles.
• Uphold processes such as BoFood and BoLabor; adherence to standards; corrective action when needed.
• Empower team to maintain WOW guest service in every interaction.
• Participate in inventory management and understand P&L impact.
• Ensure safety and security standards and lead timely actions for opportunities.
