Job summary

Tc4 & Co Hospitality's Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza in Austin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager. You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality, with a focus on cost control and team leadership.

With 3+ years in hospitality leadership, you will work evenings, weekends and holidays, manage staff, use Aloha/Toast software, and help deliver a consistently excellent dining experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards.
• To minimize operating costs, boost employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
• In AGM role, manage restaurant back of house/kitchen and front of house/service teams and support the GM.
• Work with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth daily operations and staff coordination.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment.

Start at $60k to $65k per year, based on experience.

In this AGM role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams along with assistant general manager roles and duties. Working as a member of the restaurant management team you will support the General Manager in a fast track capacity.
