Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience with scheduling, P&L, food safety, forecasting and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Run day-to-day operations: create/manage schedules, P&L, forecasts, and recruiting.
• Keep the dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime.
