Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring an Apprentice who will grow into a General Manager by assisting in day-to-day restaurant operations and leadership. You’ll learn to hire, train, and manage teams while delivering a Guest Obsessed experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Run day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, interviewing.
• Maintain a clean dining room and always be guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operations and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime as needed.
